The Trust for Developing Communities (TDC) is a fantastic organisation enabling and empowering local projects to work together to tackle issues affecting them. During the Summer of 2015 they asked me to attend some of their events and capture the lovely times people were having. I was also asked to write case studies on a number of these people so spent some time getting to know them and writing some words which were used in the Trust's annual calendar. A number of my photos, including some pro-bono work, were featured in the local press as a part of the Protect Youth Services campaign in early 2017, including on the front page of local newspaper The Argus on 20th February.
Former Chief Executive Linda Saltwell said "It’s been so useful having Lyndsey as a dedicated person to take photos and write case studies for us. It's often hard for our staff to find the time or have the confidence or skills to do this in the course of their daily work."
Please also see the video and photos I took for their Many Cultures, One City event in April 2016.
